Nana Kwame Bediako also known as Freedom Jacob Caesar was born on February 13, 1980. He was born and bred in Asokwa, a suburb in the Ashanti Regional Capital Kumasi in Ghana. Bediako had his primary school education in Accra before moving to Apam Senior High School for his secondary education.
He studied business at the Waltham Forest College in the United Kingdom before fully venturing into entrepreneurship.
Career
Bediako began his business journey with money from his wealthy father, who intended to help their struggling mother. While his brother spent the money he got on eggs and bread, Bediako used it to start a poultry business, eventually selling 200 eggs a month.
As if that was all, during his time at Waltham Forest College in the UK, he sold clothes to fellow students and bought his first car with the profits. He then expanded into scrap metal collection and sales before entering the telecommunications sector in 1999.
He founded a company for billing online transactions and sold it for £410,000 to an Indian investor. With this money, Bediako felt guided to return to Ghana, where he thought it good to invest in a business so he could make even more, that was how he started the Kwarleyz Group.
The Kwarleyz Group focuses on real estate, finance, and property management, developing projects like Wonda World Estate and the proposed Petronia City, and constructing well over 500 residential, commercial, and industrial buildings all over West Africa.
